We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy on all software purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No explanation is required.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • You must provide proof of purchase (email or receipt)
  • The software must not have been used for commercial broadcast purposes exceeding 10 hours of runtime
  • You must uninstall the software from all devices upon refund approval

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your purchase email and your order number
  3. Include your license key (if received)
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (this helps us improve our products)

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

License Deactivation

Upon refund approval:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • Your software license will be deactivated
  • Continued use of the Software is prohibited

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Products purchased from third-party resellers
  • Products where a significant portion of the functionality has been utilized
  • Products obtained through promotional giveaways or contests
  • Products where technical issues are caused by user's system configuration or third-party software
