The Software is an early access release and may contain bugs, incomplete features, compatibility issues, performance limitations, interruptions or unexpected behaviour. Features may change without notice.

2. No Guarantee

Absolutely AV Trading cc does not warrant that the Software will:

• operate without errors;
• be uninterrupted or continuously available;
• be compatible with every operating system, device, driver, audio interface or third-party application;
• preserve every configuration, project, recording or other data; or
• meet every particular business, broadcast or production requirement.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, testing the Software in your own environment, confirming compatibility, configuring audio and system settings correctly, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for content you create, record, broadcast, stream or distribute using the Software.

4. Third-Party Systems

Absolutely AV Trading cc is not responsible for failures caused by third-party hardware, operating systems, drivers, networks, hosting providers, payment providers, broadcasters, streaming platforms, plugins, codecs or other services outside its reasonable control.

5. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Absolutely AV Trading cc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising from or related to the Software.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. No Professional Advice

The Software and documentation do not constitute legal, accounting, financial, broadcasting-regulatory, engineering or other professional advice.

7. Acceptance

Your use of the Software is subject to the End User License Agreement, Terms of Service, No-Refund & 14-Day Trial Policy and Privacy Policy.

Product Availability and Discontinuation

The Supplier does not guarantee indefinite availability, development, support, updates, activation services or licensing of the Software. The Software may be discontinued or licensing may be terminated where permitted by applicable law and the governing agreements. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
